1. Social Benefit
The Participating Entities shall provide, without distinction, to all employees and employers subject to this Collective Bargaining Agreement, the Family and Corporate Social Benefit Plan, as defined and detailed in the Guidance and Rules Manual, which is an integral part of this clause. The plan will be administered by a specialized and approved managing organization.
Paragraph One – The provision of the Family and Corporate Social Benefit Plan will begin on the first day of the month in which the funding payment is due, as established in paragraph two of this clause. All procedures related to the assistance of employees and employers will be based on the Guidance and Rules Manual available at the following website:
2. Request for Deactivation of Social Benefit Registration
If you are considering deactivating your registration for one of the reasons listed below, please note that we are here to assist you throughout the process. We understand that circumstances may change and aim to ensure that the procedure is as simple and straightforward as possible.
Reasons for requesting deactivation:
I have never had registered employees.
I currently do not have registered employees. The last employee was terminated in [MM/YYYY].
All my employees belong to another professional category.
I believe I am not required to pay contributions because my employees/company are not affiliated with the union.
