SINDESEI-DF was created to defend the interests of entrepreneurs in the IT sector.

SINDESEI-DF is the employers’ union representing the information technology sector in the Federal District.

With 16,848 active companies as of March 2026, the technology sector in the Federal District generated R$ 16.95 billion in revenue in 2025, consolidating itself as one of the main technology hubs in Brazil.

COLLECTIVE LABOR AGREEMENTS

A Collective Labor Agreement (CCT) is a legal act established between employers’ unions and workers’ unions to define labor rules within the scope of their respective professional categories.

Social Benefit

The signatory entities shall provide, without distinction, to all workers and employers covered by this Collective Labor Agreement, the Family and Business Social Benefit Plan, defined and detailed in the Orientation and Rules Manual, which is an integral part of this clause, managed by a specialized and approved organization.

Assistance Contribution

The assistance contribution is provided for in Article 513, item “e” of the Brazilian Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). Its purpose is to fund services provided by unions to the represented companies, particularly services related to collective bargaining agreements and participation in collective labor disputes. In some cases, it is also referred to as an assistance fee or negotiation fee.
